Did Someone Say Quinoa?

Most of us have heard about Quinoa, but we don't necessarily know what it is, how to make it, or even how to properly pronounce the word.

I found this excellent video by Dani Spies who takes one through the tips and tricks of Quinoa that I thought some of you may like to watch. See below - now I know the video cover photo looks less than appealing but trust me, you need to watch this video.
